                                           Step by step procedure:
Make stuffed potatoes
Step-1 First, boil potatoes in a cooker, then take boiled potato and cut it into two equal parts. Now take one part and takeout potatoes from inside for stuffing of potatoes. Use spoon to take out potatoes from inner part.

Step-2 Mix all the stuffed aloo Ingredients and fill stuffing inside the hole you made with spoon. Prepare all potatoes. Mix maida in water and make thick paste of maida. Now dip stuffing part side of potato and dip it in maida and deep fry potatoes in hot oil. Similarly prepare all stuffed potatoes.

To make gravy
Step- Heat nonstick deep fry pan, add oil, cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, star anise, tejpatta.
Step-2 Now make fine paste of all the masala ingredients in a grinder. Add masala paste in pan, cover it with lid and cook it for 4-5 minutes at low flame.
Step-3 When masala is cooked well then at low flame add milk (slowly with continuous stir) and let it boil once. When it is cooked then add salt, water and let it cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.
Step-4 Add stuffed potatoes in the gravy and garnish it with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with plain paratha or enjoy it with pulav..

Tips:

  •  Don’t add too much water for gravy.

  •  Don’t add too much stuffing in potatoes.

  •  Cook masala very well.
  • Always add milk on low flame and slowly with a continuous stir otherwise milk will curdle.
