Vada is very popular and healthy snack from South India.
Vada is served with sambhar and coconut chutney. Vada is prepared from urad
dal, which is very nutritious and easily available in our kitchen. Once the
batter is prepared, with little experience it is easy to prepare vada in oil,
at low flame. This was my first South Indian recipe, prepared at home on my
husband’s demand. He just loves to eat it with coconut chutney. Here I am about
to make it for you… take a look on the recipe.
