“Paneer masala bhurji”

“Paneer masala bhurji” Recipe

Recipe Type: Lunch/ Dinner | Recipe Cuisine: Indian
Preparation Time: 5 mins    | Cooking time: 20 mins     | serves:2-3

Paneer is most popular among vegetarians and a very healthy food since it is directly made of milk. Paneer can be either directly prepared from milk in our home or could be taken from market. Paneer prepared at home is very soft and should be preferred. Combination of crumbled paneer and vegies is just wow combination. This recipe is much healthier because it takes just optimum masala and paneer itself is a best source of protein. Come with me and prepare it in my way.

Ingredients:

1 cup paneer (grated)
2 onions (finely chopped)
1 large tomato (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 green chilies (finely chopped)
1/2 capsicum (finely chopped)
Salt as per your taste
1 teaspoon coriander leaves (finely chopped)
2 teaspoon ghee

Paneer masala Ingredients:
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon coriander powder
½ teaspoon cumin powder
½ teaspoon chat masala
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
