2- Prepare Gobi 65 Restaurant style (more
spicy):
Step-1 Take deep fry pan, add oil. Now add finely chopped garlic,
yogurt, curry leave, chopped coriander leaves, slit green chili, tandoori
chicken masala and fry it for few seconds.
Step-2 Now add fried gobi 65 and pinch of salt into it and mix everything well. Spicy
dry gobi 65 is ready. Decorate it with chopped spring onions(optional) and
coriander leaves. Serve hot.
Tips:
- Avoid adding yogurt in the gobi masala mix, it will make sour taste of it.
- Don’t over fry gobi 65.
- You can either boil gobi or avoid boiling gobi…some people like raw taste of cauliflower.
