1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon finely chopped coriander leaves

1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon tamarind chutney (optional)
1 teaspoon green chutney (optional)
4 teaspoon bhujiya namkeen
2 teaspoon roasted peanuts
Salt (if u want, because here we are using black salt)

                                       Step by step procedure:

To make Dal namkeen Bhel(Punjabi style)

Step-1 In a big bowl add finely chopped onion, finely chopped coriander leaves and chopped tomatoes. Mix them well.

Step-2 Now add all other ingredients listed above(don’t add chana dal namkeen, roasted peanuts, bhujiya namkeen and matar namkeen at this step). Mix everything well.

Step-3 Now finally add chana da namkeen, roasted peanuts and green matar namkeen (if using).

Garnish it with few chopped coriander leaves and Serve it immediately…enjoy the famous street food of Punjab :-)

Note: Generally i don't add green and red chutney because i like simple spicy flavor of it. U can try both way.

Tips:

  •   Adding dal namkeen, bhujiya namkeen and roasted peanuts in last step is good to maintain their crunchiness.
