“Garlic Chutney”




“Garlic Chutney” Recipe

Garlic is easily available and most common ingredient used in any recipe. Garlic Chutney is very delicious and too easy to prepare. Many people prepare this chutney in different styles, but this recipe I mention, comes from my mom’s kitchen, simply awesome and amazingly delicious...I think most of u has tasted this chutney once, if anyone of u has enjoyed it with including any other ingredients then plz do suggest me in comment box..i will be happy to learn the new taste. This recipe does not require many ingredients yet it tastes great, u can enjoy this chutney with any type of stuffed Paratha’s, Rice-dal etc…have a look on the recipe to prepare it as suggested…..


Chutney Ingredients:
2 teaspoon Garlic  chopped
2 green chili chopped
1 red chili chopped
¼ teaspoon of  lemon juice(optional)
Salt to taste














Step by step procedure:


Step-1 Take bowl, add chopped garlic, green chili, red chili (don’t use dried red chili, use fresh red chili). 

Step-2 In a mixer grinder add these ingredients. Now add lemon juice (optional) and salt according to you like.

Step-3 Coarsely grind it (grind it for few seconds only).
Serve it with dal-chawal or with any type of stuffed paratha.  



Tips:
  • Use fresh green chili, red chili and garlic.
  • Don't add water.
