“Kids special-Chocolate Frappe” Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup milk
2 scoop of
vanilla ice-cream
½ cup powder
sugar
2 teaspoon
coffee powder
3 teaspoon
whipped cream
2 teaspoon
grated nuts
2 teaspoon
grated dark chocolate
1 teaspoon
chocolate syrup
10-12 ice
cubes
Kitchen utensils required:
- 9 bowls (I prefer: Borosil Mixing Bowl)
- 1 Mixer-grinder( I prefer: Prestige Hero 550- Watt Mixer Grinder)
- 1 non-stick tava (I prefer: Vinod Cookware Dosa Tava)
- 1 Grater (I prefer: Pearl Store Easy Grater)
- 1 Electric hand blender (I prefer: Orpat OHM 207 Hand Blender)

Step
by step procedure:
Step-1 Take bowl add instant coffee,
powder syrup and warm water. Mix everything very well.
Step-2 Take juicer, add ice cubes, milk,
coffee bowl mix of step-1,sugar syrup, grated nuts, vanilla ice-cream. Now
blend it for just few second.
Step-3 Take it out in a large glass.
Make whipped cream
Take bowl
and keep it in freeze for 30 minutes. Also keep amul low fat cream in freeze
for 30 minutes. Now take out bowl and cream from freeze. In the bowl add amul
cream (remove watery part) and put that bowl on the large bowl with ice cubes. Now
whip the cream with electric hand blender for 2 minutes. Now add powder sugar
into it and whip it again for 7-8 minutes, until you get whipped cream.
Put
whipped cream on top of the glass then garnish it with grated dark chocolate,
nuts and chocolate syrup. Enjoy it with
using straw.
Tips:
- Don’t whip the cream for very long time.
- Use 0 and 1 speed of electric blender.
