Domino’s style “cheese burst pizza” Recipe

Pizza is mostly loved by kids and young generation
too. My family really enjoys to have hot, delicious and juicy pizza. Many
people make pizza at home, but it
doesn’t give taste as we get from popular international brands.. Also our
homemade pizza usually takes 30-40 minutes to prepare in home but in Dominos,
etc. they deliver you your loving pizza in just 5-10 minutes interval. You know
why?..yess because they use bigger ovens to cook pizza really fast and they
prepare it in a true Italian way…i.e by using tortilla inside the pizza and lots
of white cheese sauce inside it, thats adds a lot to its real taste…generally,
what most people do, they just add lot of mozzarella cheese in pizza and then
it makes your pizza too sticky. Cheese starts behaving like rubber once it is
out of oven. Let me tell you that pizza needs very high temperature to cook and
does not need lots of mozzarella cheese. What you have to do is to make really
thin tortilla and put lots of white cheese sauce on that. Tortilla will hold
your cheese sauce and then place your pizza on high rack in microwave. Now
pizza will take only 7-10 minutes for preparation and then it is ready to
serve….lets start preparing this delicious pizza !
Ingredients:
2 Pizza base
4 teaspoon pizza sauce
9-10 paneer cubes
1 capsicum/ 3 Mushroom (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
1 tomato (chopped)
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
½ cup white cheese sauce 2 tortillas
2 teaspoon oil
Paneer tikka
masala Ingredients:

teaspoon red chili powder

teaspoon garam masala powder

teaspoon lemon juice

per your taste

Kitchen utensils required:
- 1 non-stick pan (I prefer: Vinod Zest Non- Stick Friendly Pan)
- 1 Spatula (I prefer: PINDIA Wooden Curved Spoons)
- 18 bowls (I prefer: Borosil Mixing Bowl)
- 1 Grater (I prefer: Pearl Store Easy Grater)
- 1 Chopper (I prefer: Genius Nicer Dicer Plus Multi Chopper Vegetable Cutter Fruit slicer)
- 1 Microwave ( I prefer: IFB 25DGSC1 25-Litre 1400-Watt Convection Microwave Oven )
Step
by step procedure:
Step-1 Prepare paneer tikka.
In a bowl add paneer cubes and all
the tikka masala. Mix well. Now in a fry pan shallow fry paneer tikka for 1
minute.
Step-2 Take
tortilla.
Step-3 On one side of
tortilla, apply white pizza sauce and keep white sauce side of tortilla on
pizza base. Now apply pizza sauce on top of tortilla.
Step-4 Pizza toppings
Put paneer tikka cubes and vegetable
toppings of your choice on pizza sauce.
Step-5 Add grated mozzarella cheese.
Preheat your microwave oven
(including high rack) on convection mode at 200.c for 15 minutes. Now keep your
pizza in pizza pan and put it inside microwave on high rack for 7-8 minutes.
Tips:
- Make thin tortilla.
- Always preheat oven before making pizza.
