Ingredients:
1 cup Dahi
3-4 teaspoon sugar
3-4 teaspoon sugar
2-3 teaspoon mawa
2-3 teaspoon grapes (Green or black)
2-3 teaspoon grapes (Green or black)
2-3 teaspoon banana (finely
chopped)
2-3 teaspoon pomegranate
1 teaspoon roohafza
3-4 ice-cubes
1 teaspoon green cardamom powder
1 teaspoon dry fruits of your choice
Step by step
procedure:
Prepare
Fruit- Mawa Lassi
Step-1 Take Deep bowl, add dahi and sugar.
Step-2 Take electric hand blender, Blend it for 20-30 seconds.
Step-3 Add green cardamom powders, ice cubes in it and again blend
it for 30 seconds.
Step-4 Now add dry fruits, grapes, banana and pomegranate. Mix
everything well.
Step-5 Now transfer it in big glass and put 1 teaspoon of roohafza.
Enjoy it..using spoon.
Tips:
- Don’t add too much mawa in the lassi.
- Don’t blend lassi for very long time.
- Adding roohafza gives very good flavor to your lassi.
