“Masala Corn Chaat” Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup corn
kernel
Pinch of baking powder
2 teaspoon
butter
¼ teaspoon
cumin powder
½ chaat
masala
½ teaspoon
red chili powder
½ teaspoon
lemon juice
Salt as
per your taste
Kitchen utensils required:
- 1 non-stick pan (I prefer: Vinod Zest Non- Stick Friendly Pan)
- 1 Spatula (I prefer: PINDIA Wooden Curved Spoons)
- 8 bowls (I prefer: Borosil Mixing Bowl)
- 1 cooker (I prefer: Prestige Popular Aluminum Pressure Cooker, 3 Liters)

Step by
step procedure:
Step-1 Take corn kernel, put it in warm
water for 5 minutes. Now take cooker, add ¼ cup water, salt and baking powder.
Cover the lid and cook and it for 5-6 weasels on low flame until corn is cooked
well.
Step-2 Take deep fry pan, heat it, add
butter, when butter is hot ten add boiled corn and let it fry for 1 minute. Now
add salt, chaat masala, chili powder, cumin powder.
Step-3 When done, add lemon juice and mix
everything very well. Serve hot…and enjoy.
Tips:
- Adjust above ingredients according to your taste.
- You can replace corn kernel with frozen sweet corn easily available in a market.
- To change flavor, replace above ingredients with either salt and red chilly powder or replace ingredients with black pepper and garam masala.
