Dahi Ingredients:

Step by step procedure:
Prepare Dahi
at home
Step-1 Take deep fry pan, heat it. Put milk in it. Let it become
warm.
Step-2 Take small bowl, now put 1 teaspoon curd in it. Add 3-4
teaspoon warm milk in it. Mix it very well.
Step-3 Now transfer the mix of bow into the pan containing warm
milk. It’s time to mix everything very well.
Step-4 Transfer it into any bowl and cover it tightly.
Step-5 Keep it at any warm place for 5-6 hours.
When done use it to prepare lassi.
Tips:
- A teaspoon of dahi is sufficient for making 1 cup of dahi.
