Tomato is easily available
vegetable and most common ingredient used in any recipe. Tomato chutney is very
yummy and easy to prepare. Many people prepare this chutney in different
styles, but this recipe I mention, comes from my mom’s kitchen…simply awesome
and amazingly delicious. This recipe does not require many ingredients yet it
tastes great…have a look on the recipe to prepare it as suggested…..
Chutney
Ingredients:

3 medium
Red Tomatoes, chopped

1/2
teaspoon Red Chili powder
|
1 garlic
scape
|
1/2
Green Chili, finely chopped
|
1
teaspoon Cooking Oil
|
Salt to
taste
|
Kitchen utensils Required:
- 1 non-stick pan (I prefer: Vinod Zest Non- Stick Friendly Pan)
- 1 Spatula (I prefer: PINDIA Wooden Curved Spoons)
- 6 bowls (I prefer: Borosil Mixing Bowl)
Step by step procedure:
Step-1 Heat a non-stick pan and add chopped tomatoes over medium
flame. Continuously stir and fry it for 4-5 minute.
Step-2 Add salt and finely chopped garlic scape to the tomatoes.
Mix everything well and cook it on low flame for 2 minutes.
Step-3 Finally add chopped green chili and red chili powder.
Serve it hot with rice, dal, roti.
Tips:
- Use fresh tomatoes.
- Don't use too much garlic scape.
