Aloo “thanda” masala is something which is easy, very
spicy and tasty recipe. This recipe is very old and now it is prepared in very
smaller part of northern Indian from where I belong. My family loves to eat
this recipe with plane rice. This thanda masala name is given because taseer of
this recipe is cold and after having this recipe, your stomach feels cold. Masala
used in this recipe is just awesome and perfect dish as a replacement for any
regular sabzi. One thing you have to take care about this recipe is that
coriander seed and mustard seed MUST be in exactly equal quantity…i.e. is any
of the two goes off in proportion, you would not get the real taste. If you
have done this step than you are half winner in this dish...rest left is to
cook the masala properly and serve it….so have a look on the recipe.
