Ingredients:
4-5 Bread
slices
1 teaspoon
garlic paste
2 teaspoon
butter
4-5 cheese
slices
2 teaspoon
red chili flacks
Bread seasoning masala Ingredients:

2 teaspoon oregano

¼ teaspoon
garlic green chili paste
|
1/4
teaspoon mango powder
|
¼
teaspoon dried parsley
|
¼
teaspoon roasted cumin powder
|
½
teaspoon paprika
|
¾
teaspoon salt(as per your taste)

Step by step procedure:
Prepare Bread seasoning masala
In a grinder, grind all the masala
ingredients to coarsely grind powder.
Step-1 Take Non-stick tava, add butter. Now put breads on the tava
and cook it from one side, till it become crunchy.
Step-2 Now apply
garlic paste(very less) on other side(not cooked) of bread and keep that side
on bottom side of tava and let it cook for few seconds.
Step-3 Take out all the breads on the plates and apply butter on crunchy
side of bread. Now put cheese slice on that side.
Step-4 Now keep all
the garlic breads on wire rack of the microwave and cook it for 1-2 minutes.
Step-5 Take it
out on the plate when cheese melts completely. Now add seasoning masala, salt,
red chili flacks on the top of the cheese.
Enjoy it with tea or with cold drink.
Tips:
- Don’t cook bread very much.
- Add very less amount of garlic paste on the bread.
