“Softy-cone Ice Cream”




 “Softy-cone Ice Cream”Recipe

In summer, Ice-cream is an in-demand dessert for every age group people, specialy kids. My son likes to have it every day so looking to his interest, I finally decided to prepare it at home. The main ingredient in this recipe is cream. Once you know how to prepare whipped cream, then making Ice-cream would be really easy. Today I have planned to prepare one of most popular and loved softy Ice-cream. So let’s brace ourself against this summer heat with this delightful recipe.

Ingredients:

7-8 Ice cubes
2 Ice cream cones

Ice cream Ingredients:
1 Amul low fat cream
2 large teaspoon powder sugar
½ cup milk
4-5 drops of vanilla essence
   
   
   











Kitchen utensils required:
  • 1 Silicone Spatula (I prefer: Rena Germany-Combo-Silicon Spatula)
  • 1 Mixer-grinder( I prefer: Prestige Hero 550- Watt Mixer Grinder)
  • 10 bowls (I prefer: Borosil Mixing Bowl)
  • 1 Electric hand blender (I prefer: Orpat OHM 207 Hand Blender)
  • 1 Icecream scoop
  • 1 Whipped cream bag with star nozzle.



Step by step procedure:

Step-1 Make whipped cream

Take bowl and keep it in freeze for 30 minutes. Also keep amul low fat cream in freeze for 30 minutes. Now take out bowl and cream from freeze. In the bowl add amul cream (remove watery part) and put that bowl on the large bowl with ice cubes. Now whip the cream with electric hand blender for 2 minutes. Now add powder sugar into it and whip it again for 7-8 minutes, until you get whipped cream. 

Step-3 Make Ice-Cream
Take bowl of whipped cream and add milk, vanilla essence and then  mix everything well. Keep it in freezer for 12 hours. Your ice cream is ready. Scoop the ice cream into icecream cone. Now add whipped cream in the whipped cream bag with star nozzle and then decorate your softy on the top with cream (I didn’t decorate mine).

Tips:
  • Don’t whip the cream for very long time.
  • Use 0 and 1 speed of electric blender.
  • You can make chocolate flavor whipped cream softy by adding 3 teaspoon cocoa powder in step-3.

“Banana Muffins”





“Banana Muffins” Recipe

Prep Time: 8-10 mins    | Cook time: 30-40 mins     | Serves: 1-2




Ingredients:

1/2 cup all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon baking soda
1 cup powder sugar
¼ cup refine oil
4-5 drops of vanilla extract
½ cup milk
1 banana (mashed)
3 eggs
2 teaspoon milk powder
½ cup chopped dry fruits
3-4 muffin tins








                                          Step by step procedure:
Step-1 Preheat cooker
Heat cooker and add salt, wire rack into the cooker. Now cover the cooker with lid (without weasel) and let it preheat for 5 minutes on medium flame.

Prepare Banana Muffins
Step-1 Take bowl and add egg white into the bowl. 
Step-2 Now beat egg white with electric blender up to 10 minutes until you get ribbon stage of egg.
Step-3 Now take another bowl and add egg yolk, powder sugar then mix both.
Step-4 Now transfer this into beaten egg having ribbon stage. Mix everything very well.
Step-5 Take bowl  add oil, liquid milk and mashed banana. Mix everything very well.
Step-6 Take another bowl, add maida, vanilla essence, baking soda, powder milk and few chopped dry fruits. Mix them very well.
Step-7 Transfer this mix into beaten egg and egg yolk mix of step-4 and step-5. Mix everything very well.
Step-8 Now grease muffins tin (silicon or aluminum) with oil and add the mix into the muffin tins, add finely chopped dry fruits on the top and then put that tins into the cooker and close the cooker with lid. Let it cook it for 30-40 minutes on low-medium flame. When cooked take it out carefully, without burning your hand. Let it cool first and then take it out.   
                             
Tips:



  • Don’t bake muffins on high flame.
  • Add eggs for good result.
  • You can also bake muffins in microwave.

“Black Forest Cake”




“Black Forest Cake” recipe

Ingredients:

2 teaspoon sugar syrup
1 cup salt
1 Dark chocolate(large)
7-8 Ice cubes
2 Amul low fat cream
2 large teaspoon powder sugar




Cake batter Ingredients:
3/4 cup maida (all-purpose flour)-200g
¼ cup cocoa powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 large teaspoon powder sugar
5 egg
2 teaspoon unsaltedbutter
1 teaspoon  vanilla essence
















Kitchen utensils required:
  • 6 bowls (I prefer: Borosil Mixing Bowl)
  • 1 Grater (I prefer: Pearl Store Easy Grater)
  • 1 cooker (I prefer: Prestige Popular Aluminum Pressure Cooker, 3 Liters)                                    OR
  • 1 Microwave ( I prefer: IFB 25DGSC1 25-Litre 1400-Watt Convection Microwave Oven )
  •   1 Electric hand blender (I prefer: Orpat OHM 207 Hand Blender)
  • 1 Silicone Spatula (I prefer: Rena Germany-Combo-Silicon Spatula)
  • 1 Water jug
  •  1 wire stand
  • 1 sheet of butter paper



                                          Step by step procedure:

Prepare sponge cake
Make Wipped Egg.
Step-1 Take bowl and add egg white into the bowl. 
Step-2 Now beat egg white with electric blender up to 10 minutes until you get ribbon stage of egg.
Step-3 Now take another bowl and add egg yolk, powder sugar then mix both.
Step-4 Now transfer this into beaten egg having ribbon stage. Mix everything very well.
Step-5 Take another bowl, add maida, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla essence and melted butter. Mix them very well.
Step-6 Transfer this mix into beaten egg and egg yolk mix of step-4.
Step-7 Take baking tin, grease it with oil and put butter paper at bottom.
Step-8 Now transfer the mix into that baking tin. 
Step-9 Preheat cooker
Heat cooker and add salt, wire rack into the cooker. Now cover the cooker with lid (without weasel) and let it preheat for 5 minutes on medium flame.

Step-10 Now put baking tin into the cooker and close the cooker with lid. Let it cook it for 40-50 minutes on low flame. When cooked take it out carefully, without burning your hand. Let it cool first and then take it out on a plate.

Make whipped cream

Take bowl and keep it in freeze for 30 minutes. Also keep amul low fat cream in freeze for 30 minutes. Now take out bowl and cream from freeze. In the bowl add amul cream (remove watery part) and put that bowl on the large bowl with ice cubes. Now whip the cream with electric hand blender for 2 minutes. Now add powder sugar into it and whip it again for 7-8 minutes, until you get whipped cream. Put that whipped cream in freeze and take it out when you want to use it to make cake.
Prepare black forest cake
Step-1 When your sponge cake is cooled down then cut it into two or three parts horizontally.
Step-2 Now apply sugar syrup on upper surface of all the parts.
Step-3 Take 1 spoon of whipped cream and apply it on cake stand. Now put cake’s 3rd part on cake stand. To the same part nicely apply lots of whipped cream.
Step-4 Now take cake’s second part and put it on the 3rd part on which you have applied cream.
Step-5 Now nicely apply lots of whipped cream on cake 2nd part.
Step-6 Now take 1st part and put it on 2nd part. Now apply nicely whipped cream on the first part.
Step-7 Take lots of whipped cream and apply it at all sides to cover all sides of the cake by just rotating it gently.
Time to decorate the cake
Put your cake in a plate or on aluminum plate. You can decorate cake with your choice. In black forest cake decorate it by lots of grated dark chocolate. Now take piping bag with star nozzle and put lots of cream in that bag. Now decorate the top of the cake with cream. You can also prepare chocolate cream and then decorate it. Take some grated dark chocolates and put it on all sides of cake.

Tips:

  • Don’t whip the cream for very long time.
  • Use the whipped cream immediately when prepared. 
  • Use cooker or microwave to prepare spong cake.
  •  Use 0 and 1 speed of electric blender.
