“Cheese Omelet Sandwich”



“Cheese Omelet Sandwich” Recipe

Ingredients 
                            
2 slices bread
2 eggs
Pinch of black pepper powder
1 slice cheese
1 teaspoon garlic green chutney
Salt as required
2 teaspoon Oil or butter


Vegetables Required

2-3 slices tomato
2-3 slices cucumber
2-3 slices onion


Mix masala Ingredients:
½ teaspoon mango powder
¼ teaspoon dried parsley
¼ teaspoon roasted cumin powder
½ teaspoon paprika
¾ teaspoon salt(as per your taste)



                              










Step by step procedure:



Step-1 Prepare omelet.


In a glass beat together eggs, salt and pinch of black pepper.
Now heat non stick tava, add 1 teaspoon oil or butter. Now transfer beaten egg into the tava. Now by using your hand, rotate tava in every direction so that omelet spread evenly to every side. 


Step-2 Prepare Mix masala 

In a grinder, grind all the mix masala ingredients (listed above) to coarsely grind powder.

Step-3 Prepare omellete sandwich

Now put bread slices on the omelet. When omelet cooked, flip omelet with bread, let bread and other side of omelet to be on the tava side so that each bread with omelet is cooked properly for yummy taste. When bread is cooked, spread ginger garlic paste on one bread slice. Now put cucumber on ginger garlic paste. Put tomato slices on cucumber slice, put onion slices on tomato slices. Finally sprinkle some mix masala on the top. Cover all the toppings with a cheese slice and 2nd bread with omelet. Cut it in any shape u like..enjoy with tomato catch-up.


Tips:
  • Adding mix masala will make it of rich taste.
  • Adding cheese slice makes omelet sandwich taste so good.
  •  Putting sandwich in microwave for 1 min will melt cheese slice.
