“Chili Mushroom-Dry”




Chili Mushroom-Dry” Recipe

Recipe Type: Lunch/Dinner | Recipe Cuisine: Indo-Chinese
Preparation Time: 3-4 mins | Cooking time: 10 mins     | serves: 1-2


Ingredients:

6-7 Mushrooms

Oil for frying mushroom’s

Mushroom Masala Ingredients:
3-4 Garlic(finely chopped)
2 teaspoon oil
½ cup tomato sauce
½ cup soya sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 medium onion cells
1/4 cup green onion leaves
¼ cup spring onion (finely chopped)
2 green chili(finely chopped)
3-4 pieces of red capsicum
3-4 pieces of yellow capsicum
5-6 pieces of green capsicum
pinch of sugar
1 teaspoon cornflour
Water as required
Mushroom fry Ingredients:
4 teaspoon all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon rice flour
Pinch of black pepper  powder
Salt as per your taste
Water as required

 



                                   




















                                             Step by step procedure:





1- Prepare Mushroom fry 

Step-1 Take bowl, add all the mushroom fry ingredients listed above and make medium consistency paste. Dip all mushrooms into the paste.

Step-2 Heat deep fry pan, add oil in it. When oil is hot then add mushrooms and fry them until light golden color. Take them out from oil.


2- Prepare Chili Mushroom

Step-1 Take deep fry pan, add oil. Now add finely chopped garlic and fry it for few seconds.

Step-2 Now add green, red, yellow capsicum and onion cells. Add pinch of salt and cook it with covered lid for 1 minute. Add green chili and cook it for few seconds. 

Step-3 Now add cornflour water paste and mix it well. Add tomato sauce, soya sauce, vinegar and pinch of sugar. Mix everything on high flame. Now add fried mushrooms into it and mix everything well. Chili mushroom is ready. Decorate it with chopped spring onions and coriander leaves. Serve hot.

Tips:


  •   Don’t make thick paste for frying mushrooms.

  •    Don’t over fry mushrooms.

  • Add more water in cornflour if you wish for gravy.
