“Peanuts Vada”




“Peanuts Vada” Recipe

Ingredients 
                            
Oil or ghee to deep fry 
 Water as required


Vada Batter Ingredients
½ cup peanuts (chopped)
½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup fine suji or semolina
¼ teaspoon chat masala
2 teaspoon red chili garlic paste
Salt as per your taste
5 teaspoon yogurt
1 onion (finely chopped)
¼ teaspoon baking soda

                          
                                           Step by step procedure:

Prepare Peanuts Vada batter

Step-1 Take bowl, add all the above vada batter ingredients. Mix everything very well. Make thick batter of it .Cover it and let it rest for at least 10 mins.
Step-2 Heat deep fry pan, add oil to deep fry. When oil is hot (not smoky) then drop vada mix into hot oil so that it form shape of vada. When done to golden colour then take them out and similarly prepare rest of vada from whole batter.
 When done, enjoy it with sweet tamarind chutney or tomato sauce.

Tips:

  • Make sure not to fry vada’s on very high flame.
  • U can add chopped green chili(optional).

Prepare Tamarind Chutney

Ingredients

½ cup tamarind pulp
2 teaspoon sugar
Pinch of food color
Take grinder, add all the above ingredients, grind it to make sweet chutney.
