Dum aloo sabzi is among my top
favorites and I am sure it is loved by most of the people. Aloo in used in many
gravy and non-gravy sabzi recipes and it tastes just yummy. This recipe is
something very awesome, bcz this is Punjabi dum aloo prepared with little twist
(in my style) to give more taste. In case if u don’t find baby potatoes in the
market & willing to eat dum aloo then cut big potatoes into nice cubes and
just fry them(without boiling) and add them into the prepared gravy……Oooo very
tasty… crunchy fried aloo into the gravy…perfect :-) This recipe takes very less time to prepare and don’t needs
lots of masala ingredients. Have a look on the recipe.
