“Bachelors Recipe: Latpat Chicken” (with all possible Tips,do's& don'ts)

Ingredients:

300gm chicken
1-2 teaspoon oil
3-4 medium onion
1 cup water
Salt( as per your taste)
2 teaspoon Chef’s Spice lab Spicy meat masala
7-8 garlic
2-3 green chili (optional)
2 red chili
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
1-2 tejpatta
1 small dal chini

1-2 chakrafool





                                   


                                              












                                      



    Step by step procedure:


Step-1 Wash chicken pieces.

Step-2 Heat the cooker.

Step-3 Add 2 tsp oil.

Step-4 Add green chili.

Step-5 Add tejpatta.

Step-6 Add small dalchini.

Step-7 Add 1-2 chakrafool.

Step-8 mix well.

Step-9 Add chopped onion.

Step-10 mix well.

Step-11 Add red chili.

Step-12 cover & cook till onion become golden brown.

Step-13 Make sure that onions are cooked properly.

Step-14 Add water into the dry masala powder to make its paste.

Step-15 mix the paste with spoon.

Step-16 Add the masala paste into the cooker.

Step-17 cover & cook till masala leaves the oil.

Step-18 do check in between.

Step-19 will be cooked in 2-3 Minutes.

Step-20 masala is cooked properly.

Step-21 Add chicken.

Step-22 Add water (1 cup) & salt. mix well & finally Cover the lid till 1-2 whistle cooked.











Tips: 
  • Add very less amount of water for making thick(latpat) gravy and great taste.
  • Cook masala very well.
